We had an exciting week at Treasured VBS! Throughout the week, the children discovered that God’s greatest treasure isn’t diamonds, gems, or gold – it’s them! We were so grateful to be in person this year to explore our Bible stories, worship together, and work together to raise money for our mission project. 

The May meeting of the Board of Stewards was held in the midst of hope—hope that the pandemic was finally waning, that folks were joining in worship, and that life is getting back to normal, even if it is what I call a “new” normal after the past year’s experiences.

Over the past few months, Asbury has experienced several break-ins to our main sanctuary.  A major part of our improvements was to secure the side windows to deter would-be burglars from entering.
