Volunteers of the Heart Pillow Ministry have been gathering for years sewing heart-shaped pillows for use by patients recovering from cardiac surgery.  But during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, these volunteers have been called into action in a different way.

Greetings everyone and prayers for continued safety. Your Board of Stewards continues to meet weekly to ensure that the concerns of the church are cared for in these surreal times. In our virtual meeting yesterday evening we continued to evaluate the current conditions and adjust as needed to be of service to God and to you.

Prayers that everyone is safe. The Church Board of Stewards met again yesterday eve in their weekly virtual call. These meetings have become so important as we navigate through the daily changes in our Church and community. I feel blessed to be working with such dedicated folks, all focused on continuing our commitment to God, the Church and the community.
