Who: All AHUMC Kids Sunday morning volunteers (attendance mandatory to serve)
What: A time of learning, preparation, and bonding
When: Sunday, August 23 from 12:15 – 1:30 p.m.
Where: East Wing room E223 (upstairs)
Why: Because we get to play an important part in a child’s faith story, and we want to play our part with excellence!
We will host 2 training sessions for all Kids Sunday morning volunteers. Attending one of these sessions is mandatory for each adult and student who would like to serve with AHUMC Kids in preschool or elementary classes for the new school year.
This story-themed training session will equip and empower our volunteers for another great year at AHUMC Kids. We will discuss safety policies and other procedures, look forward to what’s coming up, and dream a little about what God has in store for our children at AHUMC. We’ll also give away raffle prizes and enjoy a light lunch after church. Mark your calendars now!
