We are pleased to announce that AHUMC has entered into a 2-year agreement with Embrey
Partners, a local development, construction, and property management company, to lease an underutilized portion of our parking lot. This will provide much needed space for the firm’s apartment building project at Broadway and Basse.
Not only does this lease offer us the opportunity to help our neighbors, all lease proceeds will directly support the ministries of our church.
Embrey Partners is a long-time San Antonio business, and its owners are members of our church. The project will provide construction employee parking and equipment storage in the northeast corner of our parking lot off Nottingham and Peter Baque, north of the Brookdale property. The space will be fenced and privacy screened, and signage will be placed denoting church entrances and exits versus construction entrances and exits.
