Taizé Service

6:30 p.m.  |  First Wednesday of the month

Please join us on the first Wednesday of each month for a meditative prayer service that features singing, scripture, and silence in the Taizé style of worship.

We hope to see you in person or online as we celebrate our 25th year of offering Taizé at AHUMC!

Monthly Meditation:

A Prayer by Brother Matthew

Praise be to you, God of life! Your mercy has no limits, and it brings us to new birth in you. By the resurrection of your Son, you show us that nothing can separate us from your love. And then our hope overflows.

Scripture for Meditation

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. Indeed, by faith our ancestors received approval. By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was made from things that are not visible.

Hebrews 11:1-3
