It's that time again!
Our Annual AHUMC School Supply Drive is here, and we need your help to make this year's drive a successful one.
There are a couple of ways you can donate school supplies this year:
FIRST, you can provide a monetary donation. You can do so online or via check. Please specify 'School Supply Drive' when making your donation.
SECOND, you can purchase and prepare school supply packets according to elementary or secondary school needs. (Please note: printed copies of the lists below are available in the Atrium, along with tax-exemption instructions and forms.)

Elementary Packet Needs
- (1) 1" vinyl binder | We find these at Dollar Tree.
- (1) Pencil bag that snaps into the binder | We find these at Dollar Tree.
- (2) Single-subject wide-ruled spirals
- (3) Folders with brads
- (1) Pack 150-sheet wide-rule notebook paper
- (6-10) #2 pencils with eraser tops
- (1) Hand-held pencil sharpener
- (2-3) Black or blue pens | Like Bic
- (1) Red grading pen
- (1) School Glue or glue sticks
- (1) 16-24 box crayons | HEB Buddy brand is fine!
- (1) 12-count box of colored pencils
- (1) Package of colored construction paper | Optional
- (1) 12" ruler
Secondary Packet Needs
- (1) 1" vinyl binder | Available at Dollar Tree.
- (1) Pencil bag that snaps into the binder | Available at Dollar Tree.
- (2) Single-subject wide or college rule spirals
- (2) 8.5" x 11" folders with brads
- (2) Composition books
- (1) Pack 150-sheet wide or college rule notebook paper
- (4) Mechanical pencils
- (2-3) #2 pencils with attachable eraser tops
- (1) Hand-held pencil sharpener
- (5-6) black or blue pens | Like Bic
- (1) Red grading pen
- (4) Glue sticks
- (1) 12-count map pencils | HEB Buddy brand is fine!
- (1) 12" ruler
Finishing and turning in your supply bag:
- Please place your items in a plastic or cloth bag. Attach your tag to the bag so that all the info is easily read.
- Bring your bag to the AHUMC Atrium or front desk starting Sunday, June 29. All bags should be turned in by Sunday, July 20.
(Donations of other school supplies, not listed above or not within a complete pack, are also welcome.)
